About AAEE: The Australian Association for Environmental Education (AAEE) is a national association supporting all educators – in schools and communities – through networking, resources, conferences and scholarships. Promoting engagement with the natural environment is now more important than ever. Our members and colleagues contribute in many different ways – from leading nature walks for members, promoting awareness of environmental themes for SeaWeek, Pollinators, or professional development with sustainability. We also acknowledge the significance of Traditional Custodianship, knowledge and the importance of connection with Country.

The ACT has an active AAEE Chapter with a team of environmental educators who are working to make a difference in this sector. We have two vacancies on our executive committee and would welcome your support with either our Secretary or Communications Officer positions. New members are welcome! If you would like to learn more about the work of ACT’s environmental educators, become a member, or attend one of the networking events contact us at aaeeact@gmail.com.
